Limited 25 Year Warranty:
| Golden Eagle Log Homes provides a 25 year limited warranty that warrants to the original purchaser all log materials manufactured by Golden Eagle Log Homes to be free of defects in manufacturing, materials or workmanship for twenty-five 25) years from the date of purchase. If such defect exists, and provided written notice of such defect is received by Golden Eagle Log Homes within ninety 90) days of its discovery, Golden Eagle Log Homes will, at its option and at no cost to purchaser, 1) repair, 2) replace,
F.O.B. Wisconsin Rapids, WI or 3) refund the applicable portion of the purchase price of any defective log materials manufactured by Golden Eagle Log Homes. This limited warranty only applies to homes purchased after January 1, 2002. |
