We will provide you or your builder with a very complete materials list approximately two weeks before your first load ships. Our materials specialists will have all of the materials categorized on the list so everyone knows how much and what was figured to build every section of the home.
Trivia: To prevent errors we calculate every material list twice, once on computer and once by hand.
