We buy direct from the manufacturers. Truckloads of lumber, OSB, shingles, windows, cabinets, stone, etc. are purchased to eliminate one markup in the buying process. The end result is a less expensive home for our customers. How much less?Not many people buy things without knowing what it is going to cost. Unlike most products, houses have tens of thousands of variables. These variables make it impossible to be exact on an estimate until you have all the contractor bids in, interior design selections made, etc. We do pride ourselves on giving you price ranges and actual building costs to help you find the right size Golden Eagle Log Home for you budget.
