The Golden Eagle Log Homes Countryside design is a ranch-style, but its rustic flair gives you the log home feel with two porches, stone fireplace, and cathedral ceilings with knotty pine. This home will fit in anywhere, from Minnesota to Texas. It is an affordable log home with two bedrooms, two baths and a two-stall garage. Maintenance will also be reduced with the porch roofs protecting your home. We use maintenance-free aluminum soffit and fascia on all of our homes. Our windows are maintenance-free too! They all have insulated glass with a Low E coating with argon. We have a $2000.00 stain allowance and an $850.00 light fixture allowance for all of our home packages. A smaller home such as this will probably not use all of the allowances, entitling you to a possible price reduction once you make your final selection.
