What if I want to purchase this plan?
If you would like to order 1⁄4” scale preliminary plans for any of our homes call 1-800-270-5025, the cost is $150.00 per set. Please have your MasterCard or Visa ready. These plans will
not be final engineered. They are great for planning. They include all 4 elevations, foundation, 1st floor and 2nd floor if applicable.
What if I want a Final Engineered Plan or something Custom?
When you are ready to have your dream home drawn up, we charge $ .50 per square foot and allow 50 changes. The cost of the plan service is refundable with purchase of your Golden Eagle Log Homes log home package valued at $50,000 or more. When you pay your 10% down payment we will then final engineer and detail your plan. We are only interested in drawing plans for people who intend to build a Golden Eagle log home.
