The ultimate lake lot home plan is the Golden Eagle Log Homes Hiawatha log home plan. This plan is loosely based on our Pine View, but has been enlarged to 2,107 sq. ft. With lots of windows to face the lake and the garage facing the street, this log home plan is for you. This home measures 28’x 48’ and has the master bedroom, walk-in closet, and bath on the first floor. The laundry room is also conveniently located on the first floor as well. If you like nice kitchens, here you go. A very large 16’6"x 14’4" kitchen with tons of storage and a long snack bar is meant to please.
