My Folder: What Is This?

The "My Folder" feature is a handy utility that will allow you to use our site easier and to find items you like quicker. You can think of My Folder as similar in function to a Wish List on Amazon.com, BarnesAndNoble.com or the "My eBay" feature on eBay.com.

Can I still use the website without a My Folder?

My Folder is a tool for you to use in your Golden Eagle Log Homes research. However not having a My Folder will not prevent you from finding information our website. By creating a My Folder you will be able to

• Record floor plans that you like so that you can find them easier on your next visit (after all we have over 1,000 plans here on our website).

• Request informational materials from us and we can get it to you using your My Folder (some large files cannot be sent via email so we can place it in your My Folder for a hassle-free download).

If you choose not to create a My Folder you simply lose out on the convenience of making information on our site easier for you to find.

How do I create a My Folder?

Creating a My Folder is easy. You can start by clicking here or simply click on the My Folder icon in the upper left of any page on our site, or click on the "Sign-In" link in the upper left corner of any page on our site. Once you're on the My Folder : Sign In page click the "Create My Folder" button and follow the promptings. When you create a My Folder you'll receive an email with a link you need to click on to confirm the My Folder creation. That's it!

Why do I need to give my email address?

Your email address is how our system remembers who you are and is needed if you ever forget your My Folder password. Using the combination of your email address and password keeps your My Folder exclusive to you.

We will never use the information used to sign-up for a My Folder to contact you unless you specifically request contact from us. We will never sell your information to any 3rd party. Your information will only be used to set up your My Folder.

Once finished you'll have your own folder to store information for quicker retrieval no matter what computer you happen to be using. Just visit the site and log into your My Folder any time!
