Our Timber Wolf plan has a beautiful master suite with a large walk-in-closet and luxury bath. This log cabin home has an open loft, great room, first floor laundry, mudroom area, cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a very welcoming covered porch entry area. This floor plan comes with an attached two stall attached garage but if you need a three stall or four stall garage that is not a problem. If you choose to add the optional finished lower level this log home becomes a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. The lower level bedroom is designed with second master suite and a "secret safe-room" for you or your valuables.

Timber Wolf Floor Plan FAQs

 The Timber Wolf does not show a basement. Can I get this home with a basement (lower level)?
Yes. Adding a basement is quite simple. And, the added benefit of adding a basement is that it increases your square footage with minimal cost. If you think about it, all you are doing is adding a little more to the foundation and a few support walls and you have nearly doubled the square footage.
 
 I like the Main Floor (first floor) of the Timber Wolf floor plan. But, I don't need a Loft (second floor) can I get a version without the loft (second floor)?
Yes. We can easily remove the loft, second floor, or a mezzanine. Thereby, converting the home to a ranch style home. (It may reduce the cost of the home as well.)
 
 Can I make changes or customize the Timber Wolf floor plan to add some features that I would like?
This is where we excel... All of our plans can be modified to meet your design goals. Every log and timber home we sell is custom tailored to your specific wants and needs. In fact, you could give us a hand drawn floor plan and we can engineer the plan specifically for you. Plans on our website are just starting points. Every home we sell ends up being a custom home.

 I like this floor plan. However, I would like it flipped the other way around. Can it be flipped?
Absolutely! All of our floor plans are able to be flipped or rotated in any orientation to match the property, sun exposure, and your personal preferences.
 
 Can I remove the attached garage from this plan?
Certainly! We can easily remove the attached garage from the Timber Wolf floor plan. (It may reduce the cost of the home as well.)
