Here in Wisconsin Rapids, at our corporate headquarters, we have a Double Eagle Deluxe. It is probably the best log home model in the United States. Thousands of customers tour the model home each year and many of them have asked to have a ranch version. Well, here it is. The first floor is nearly identical to the original, but we added a gable porch on both sides, added a bigger shower in the master bath and changed the stairway.  Can I make changes or customize the Double Eagle Deluxe Ranch floor plan to add some features that I would like?

The Double Eagle Deluxe Ranch floor plan above is shown as a Traditional Log Home Package (square timbers, full/round-log, half/round-log, and more). However, we can also offer this plan as any of the following construction types (also referred to as packages):

 I like this floor plan. However, I would like it flipped the other way around. Can it be flipped?
Absolutely! All of our floor plans are able to be flipped or rotated in any orientation to match the property, sun exposure, and your personal preferences.
 
 Can I remove the attached garage from this plan?
Certainly! We can easily remove the attached garage from the Double Eagle Deluxe Ranch floor plan. (It may reduce the cost of the home as well.)
 
 The Double Eagle Deluxe Ranch does not show a basement. Can I get this home with a basement (lower level)?
Yes. Adding a basement is quite simple. And the added benefit of adding a basement is it increases your square footage with minimal cost. If you think about it, all you are doing is adding a little more to the foundation and a few support walls and you have nearly doubled the square footage.
 
 The Double Eagle Deluxe Ranch floor plan is great. But, I'd like more bedrooms. Can a second floor or a loft level be added to the Double Eagle Deluxe Ranch floor plan?.
Definitely! On most floor plans it is extremely easy to add a second floor or a loft. Note, The main floor floor plan may have to be altered a little bit to add space for a stairway. Note, Second floors or lofts are an extremely easy way to add square footage to home without adding a tremendous amount of cost. Because, the roof structure would remain virtually the same, you're just adding walls.
