Timber Pub Floor Plan

The Timber Pub is unlike any other structure in the Golden Eagle Log and Timber Homes collection, a brilliantly conceived standalone private pub and entertainment destination that redefines what is possible when extraordinary craftsmanship and a bold vision for hosting are given full and uninhibited expression. Originally designed as a private pub for gathering family and friends in a setting of genuine architectural distinction, the Timber Pub is equally at home as a carriage house, a private luxury guest home, a spectacular pool side entertainment center, or any combination thereof that reflects the lifestyle and imagination of its owner. Available in timber frame, log, brick, stucco, and stone, or any inspired combination of all of these architectural elements in a single structure, the Timber Pub is a one-of-a-kind building opportunity that Golden Eagle Log and Timber Homes is uniquely positioned to bring to life.

The interior is an entertainment showpiece of the highest order, anchored by a beautifully crafted full bar with display cabinetry and custom timber frame style truss accents that create a sense of architectural drama and rustic sophistication rarely achieved outside the finest private clubs and mountain lodges. A cast fireplace of genuine warmth and character anchors the gathering space with an ambiance that transforms every evening into an occasion, while the pool side orientation and greenhouse add layers of flexibility and beauty that make this structure as stunning from the outside as it is from within. The open loft above provides additional versatile space perfectly suited to a sitting area, sleeping accommodations, or a private retreat of intimate character and outstanding views of the main floor below.

The Timber Pub is available in two versions, nearly 2,000 square feet without the lower level, or close to 3,000 square feet with the optional walkout basement, with 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms and 1 to 3 bathrooms depending on configuration. An attached or detached garage of any size can be incorporated, and a first-floor primary bedroom and laundry can be added for those who wish to use the structure as a fully self-sufficient custom guest home or caretaker quarters. The Timber Pub can be built before or after the primary home on the property, giving owners the remarkable flexibility to sequence their build in whatever order best serves their vision.

For those who have dreamed of a property where the art of entertaining is elevated to its own dedicated architectural statement, the Timber Pub is an extraordinary and deeply original starting point. traditional log construction, timber frame construction, barndominium construction, as well as additional building styles and material combinations that Golden Eagle offers, and endlessly customizable to reflect your most personal vision of what the perfect gathering place should look and feel like, the Timber Pub is one of the most distinctive and inspired custom home design opportunities in the entire Golden Eagle Log and Timber Homes portfolio.
