We are excited to introduce the Timber Ranch which is version of our Timber Ranch 2286AR-UCT designed to bring the same style and craftsmanship of our popular "Building My Dream Home" series within reach for more families.

Everyone loves the home featured in our popular YouTube series, "Building My Dream Home", and many requested an even more affordable version of this custom timber frame style home. We created a cost reduced version of the Timber Ranch 2286AR-UCT that will cost significantly less than the original Ultra Custom Timber (UCT) version. While this gorgeous home is 2286 square feet, it's still in a class of its own.

The Timber Ranch floor plan is available in two versions: a 2,286 square foot layout without a lower level, and a 3,894 square foot layout that includes a lower level. Keep in mind that all of our floor plans are highly customizable, so these two versions are really just starting points and there are countless ways to make this home your own.

Depending on which version you choose, the home offers 3 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms and 3 to 4 bathrooms, with the additional bedrooms and bathrooms available when you opt for the lower level. The 2-stall garage is generously sized, offering the equivalent square footage of 2 ½ stalls. For everyday convenience, this home also features first floor laundry and a first floor primary bedroom suite.

Timber Ranch Floor Plan FAQs

 Can I remove the attached garage from this plan?
Certainly! We can easily remove the attached garage from the Timber Ranch floor plan. (It may reduce the cost of the home as well.)
 
 The Timber Ranch does not show a basement. Can I get this home with a basement (lower level)?
Yes. Adding a basement is quite simple. And, the added benefit of adding a basement is that it increases your square footage with minimal cost. If you think about it, all you are doing is adding a little more to the foundation and a few support walls and you have nearly doubled the square footage.
 
 The Timber Ranch floor plan is great. But, I'd like more bedrooms. Can a second floor or a loft level be added to the Timber Ranch floor plan?.
Definitely! On most floor plans it is extremely easy to add a second floor or a loft. Note, The main floor floor plan may have to be altered a little bit to add space for a stairway. Note, Second floors or lofts are an extremely easy way to add square footage to home without adding a tremendous amount of cost. Because, the roof structure would remain virtually the same, you're just adding walls.
 
 Can I make changes or customize the Timber Ranch floor plan to add some features that I would like?
This is where we excel... All of our plans can be modified to meet your design goals. Every log and timber home we sell is custom tailored to your specific wants and needs. In fact, you could give us a hand drawn floor plan and we can engineer the plan specifically for you. Plans on our website are just starting points. Every home we sell ends up being a custom home.
 
 What Construction Styles are available for the Timber Ranch floor plan.
The Timber Ranch floor plan above is shown as a Traditional Log Home Package (square timbers, full/round-log, half/round-log, and more). However, we can also offer this plan as any of the following construction types (also referred to as packages):
 
 I like this floor plan. However, I would like it flipped the other way around. Can it be flipped?
Absolutely! All of our floor plans are able to be flipped or rotated in any orientation to match the property, sun exposure, and your personal preferences.
